2013 The Libra Full Moon occurs this year on Wed. March 27th 3:27pm EDT. Libra is the sign of balance and justice. It is ruled by the planet Venus and is represented by the Justice Card in the Major Arcana of the Tarot.
We will be working with the Libra energies to draw in Prosperity and release debt, bringing in a balance to our finances.
What you will need:
Handmade Votive
Rose Quartz Crystal
Handcrafted Incense and a charcoal
Libra Bath Salts - a small bowl of water

What to do:
As usual create your sacred space. Cast your circle or prepare a place to work your magick where you will not be interrupted.
Light the charcoal on a heat proof surface or burner and let it come up to temperature (turning red thru) - While this is happening
Focus for a moment on some reasonable financial goals. By this I mean you may not want to start off asking for millions, but think about releasing a debt, and gaining prosperity on a daily basis. Feel yourself becoming a money magnet. Maybe you can focus on getting a raise, or paying off your car. Maybe you have a credit card debt you could move to a 0% interest account for 6-12 months to be able to pay it more rapidly. Everyone has different goals and this spell can be used no matter what they are.
Sprinkle some of the salts into the bowl of water and swirl it clockwise, while saying "With the energy of the Libra moon, Great Ones hear me speak this boone. Wash away negativity and allow prosperity to flow to me. So Mote it Be"
Now here comes the hard part...
On a small piece of paper write down your desire. For example “I believe I will receive the prosperity to__________” Or " I now have enough money coming in to pay all my bills on time" A statement that you can connect to and believe is reality.
Place the rose quartz into the water, swirl the water again as you say "prosperity will wash debt off me. So Mote it be"
Place some of the incense onto the coal and hold the crystal over the smoke. While saying " by the powers of air and fire, becoming a money magnet is my desire"
Light the Candle and say – “Mother Moon, the light in the darkness, banish my debts in only positive ways, harming none, let it be done”
Hold the Rose Quartz over the flame carefully turning it and focusing on debts being paid.
Now again focus on the candle flame, and say ”Father Sun, Lord of light bring to me prosperity, as I will it so mote it be."

Now, hold the rose quartz in your power hand against your heart chakra, and feel yourself loving being debt free and as if you were reading to it (programming it) read out loud what you wrote on the piece of paper, feel the energy of your words entering the stone and empowering it with your desire. Carry the rose quartz with you and each day look at it, re-focus the positive energy. Feel it drawing to you money and positive cash flow while releasing you in only positive ways from debts.
OK, you are ready to do your 'thank yous'
As often or as many days as you wish to do so, you could use the salted water, on your hands and repeat “Prosperity will wash debt off me, So Mote It Be!”
Be inventive... wipe a drop of the water on cash before you pay it out, so it comes back to you.
You may also burn the candle a little each night as you focus on becoming a money magnet.
